@an I'm sooo tired of hearing that "Good Job" stuff. So much smoke blowing.
@e2 we did in all sirrus-ness /s but we destroyed them by no integration plan, no idea how to join two very different products & services models and then pretended not to see the destruction it caused. No accountability on any level for the lack of strategy or delivery (shifting the old exec to a new job isn't accountability)
@dv do we have a general timeline here or are there continuous rolling layoffs already taking place?

Sometimes people with the most $ and C level titles aren't the most intelligent or creme of the crop.
They didn't found CDW or create a company that made millions or billions...they are just good enough to achieve undeserved titles with the pay to go with it. How many useless directors and VP's are there now along with additional made up C level titles. Some even have 2 seperate titles (meaning they are double dipping $ as they decide who to lay off and how they can cut pay further).

The reason she didn’t mention it is because she can’t look you in the eye and tell you she failed and that because of her mismanagement, there is an active layoff process happening as I write this. List is circulating per usual and those of us doing her dirty work are all under NDA. It’s a medium sized layoff with more planned as the deck chairs are rearranged. If you are underperforming or your business leader seems to be avoiding you, then your name is most likely on that list. Do what you need to do.
Something needs to be done, somewhere, somehow. The video from CL released today to discuss the Q1 earnings was presented in a total positive spin and no mention what so ever about hard changes that need to happen to right this ship and our stock is sub 100 now and at a 6 year low. I can't see how any other CEO would be communicating a "Great Job" message with the stock tanking and not a dip, tanking. 5 year S&P is up 82%. CDW is down 39%. Lets take a competitor ePlus up 73% over 5 years. CDW down 39%. PC Connection over 5 years up 42%, CDW down 39%. TD Synnex over 5 years is up 100%, CDW is down 39%.
