I hate everything about Dell. It used to be a good company. Not anymore. The greed, the arrogance, the incompetence, the abuse, the corruption, the dishonesty - it's a SHIITHOLE.
I commit to continue doing absolutely nothing and getting a pay check for it. Dell deserves nothing more.

Just left last week from the east coast and it had been the hugest load lifted off of my shoulders. There is something better out there and I truly encourage you all left at Dell to just jump ship!! Don’t keep going in every day with this mentality that Dell has forced on you. Get off the boat now and save your self… the hardest part is just doing it..
Dell has been a mid company for over a decade now. When you say good you mean late 90s?
I agree. We have a manager in ISG who is completely disengaged from what anyone of us do, nor does he even care to engage. He doesn't come to 1x1s that we schedule for him, and he never attends team meetings. Most of our group does whatever they want anyway, he doesn't know the difference. If the whole team went on vacation for a week, he'd never know it because he's nowhere to be found. It's a joke!! And yet these imbeciles are never fired!
Yes. 100% is. Especially with these SVPs in ISG who are mo--nic and absolutely clueless. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and blissfully go along causing chaos. The arrogance, ignorance and overall stupidity is the real problem.
