Promotions only for Indians. Raises only for Indians. Hiring only Indians. Don’t believe me, get on a project. All where nobody can speak English. Better yet, look in the company directory.

Because your job will be outsourced straight to India. That is legal. They are there to help with it, to remove you. Otherwise, do you speak Hindi and will you wake up at 4am? No, right?

That is what you support when you support this company.

So find a new job that respects your intelligence.

Or stay, and like Sun Tzu says: Never distract your enemy while they in the middle of making a mistake.

But just know you arent changing anything. Nobody cares about protesting a for profit private corporation you make money from for your own personal goals.

@e2 You are totally right my friend. They also hire and give promotions completely based on race, H1B or not. Not everyone behaves like that but people have seen it, can't unsee it, and it's highly unethical.

Biggest way to have Fiserv investigated is to file a complaint that you believe your job should be non-exempt and therefore entitled to overtime pay. Many companies get in trouble for this and have to pay retro pay. The 9 hr a day was a big no.no!

@a2 Look around the company. Then go to any local university and look around. Something is deeply wrong at Fiserv. It goes beyond any reasonable explanation.

As per USCIS's Employment visa rules, employers 'vouch' that there is no equivalent American citizen available, hence they are sponsoring a foreign national for H1B visa.

But the reality is quite different. Just produce the facts related to Fiserv i.e. how many US citizens were laid off while Fiserv continuously sponsoring H1B visas and majorly Green Cards where they prove to US DOL with complete documentation that absolutely there is no citizen available for that position and ONLY that particular foreign national is the PERFECT fit that position to get the PERM clearance. How fake it can be these days..

Just provide the facts to USCIS and copy to Stephen Miller White House Deputy Chief of Staff for policy and Homeland Security, Copy to local DOL's authorities.
