I just can't cope with this job or this place anymore. I'm willing to take a lower-paid job elsewhere, even to risk being unemployed for a couple of months. I know it's a sh-tshow out there, and costs have been going up with no end in sight, but I can barely manage coming in every day. Burnout of the first degree.

https://inside.verizon.com then click For Me and then Submit Resignation. Hope this helps, you coward.
@e1 stop spamming each post with your nonsense! People are here with real concerns for their careers and providing for their families!! Get a life!!
I don't
@OP you’re so brave to pretend to wanna sacrifice yourself . Just leave
I don't want to be on the list but I sure hope the people above my Supervisor are on it.
Guys, remember to prioritize your mental health. At the end of the day, a job is just a job. It’s not worth staying at a toxic workplace that is breaking you. There is life outside of Verizon!
Look at your finances and build up your cash savings (just in case you have any gap in employment). Then Gemini to update your résumé and start applying.
@a8 all in an effort to Justify staying on payroll and make the case why the other Group or people should get cut in the next round of layoffs ……. —pitting teams to work against each other, the definition of “divide and conquer”.
Im with you. I used to be able to go months without needing pto, my first few years I hardly touched it. now I can barely go a few days without feeling like I’m going on the verge of a psychotic break. I’m planning a career change solely because of the way we are being micro managed and Dan’s clear intentions of gutting us eventually anyways. Why be loyal to a company that will sell me out for a bot
@OP just leave coward
@OP You’re on the list
Definitely. Then you have the AI experts out there taking what we already do, put it in a Google sheet and everyone pounding their chests like they did something grand. I could have done most of what has been done with my data by the experts. Not to mention the consultants we pay to replicate our work.
I am feeling the same. I like what I do, but the leadership is to a point that no one knows the next step and I feel as work has become a competition between similar teams. I was told a week ago by my SD "if we don't do this, the other group will beat us to it and make us look bad"
@OP same!!
