@g1 thanks, I stand corrected, I forgot they dropped the carry over down from 175% to 150% so the OP would stop accruing if they didn't take any days.

@bf I changed my tax-exempt status before leaving so I did get close to the full amount.

@d3 IF your last day is Jan 24, AND you are at or over 150% on Jan 16 2026, then you will NOT accrue vacation on Jan 16, same as if you were not RIFed and were at or over 150%.

I was off payroll 12/19 and I have not received any payment today for my vacation. Was expecting payout for a little over a 100 hours. This happen to anyone else?

@bg If you are off payroll on 1/24, you would be entitled to the 150% carry over from 2025 and maybe a couple of hours representing a prorated portion of the vaca that you would have accrued in January 2026.

Does anyone know if the max 150% accrue vacation is still applicable for us laid off with off-payroll date 1/24? I am in the assumption that it should not. Example, I have some bank numbers of vacation hours that carry over this year and if I follow the 150%, by Oct 2026 I’ll only accrue partially. And I don’t have any plans taking vacation until my off-payroll date. Thank you.
