I believe she will falter and rethink the FT RTO. It’s a bad decision it’s creating animus and very bad publicity which isn’t good for the bottom line.
People don’t like seeing their accounts handled by newbies outsourced and disgruntled employees.

To the person who asked to show bad publicity. How would you do that without it being a fireable offense. Create a union? Picket outside the offices or investor centers? I’m just asking because I am curious what legally allowable things would you suggest? It’s easy to ask others to do it, but what have you done?

10 years ago they got rid of project managers in favor of agile and now they are bringing back project managers. they won’t admit mistakes, they will gaslight and spin the message. They are just hoping for natural attrition. Don’t give it to them easily. Make them pay severance. Cheap @ss billionaire.
