Fire the id--ts that should be interfacing systems together

How fuc_ing stupid is a company that knowingly wastes 20% of its employees time do to having to log in to disparate systems many many times a day.

Fire these incompetant people and get real engineers that know how to make this all seamless!

MB gutted the product team responsible for authentication. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Divestment is not a strategy, it’s a reaction to gross mismanagement. OT spent incredible capital to acquire these products only to mismanage them. Many of the incompetent leaders put in place by MB are still there. Hopefully the board can bring in leadership that can cut out the rot and invest in product engineering.

Yup! An abosulte sht show trying to get anything done. And God forbid you need support...which fing ticketing system do you use: smax, jira, sm9, other. And let's not even start on how non-responsive the helpdesk has become. An absolute sh*t show.
