Has anyone seen the severance package under uniti? Heritage windstream had cut theirs back to a few dollars added to your standard state unemployment benefits. I wonder if uniti's is better.

Companies have been moving toward more generous severance. Good work bucking the trend, uniti.

In other words, no severance. Just supplemental unemployment. Not surprised.
Had a meeting about this recently, we will be mirroring Windstream severance benefits up to senior manager level. Directors and above will have no changes. Happy Holidays
