I feel so bad for Novi employees loosing there job. I remember for years wondering if someone would come and escort me out the door with no warning and not let me clean out my desk like they did to so many and wondering what I would tell my wife and kids being I wasn’t old enough to retire but to old for someone to want to hire me.

Whenever BlackRock is involved, you have layoffs. A massive number of layoffs. It does not help the fact that LK is overly eager to keep private equity happy. First, the senior leadership, then the employees.

Very short term thinking. Cutting resources to make very short term profit targets. But it will ki-l the future of the business.
