I’m looking forward to being laid off, does anyone here have any idea what Centene’s severance package looks like? I know they’re providing career coaching and health insurance, but what are the severance checks looking like. I’m unable to keep up the new ridiculous metrics and nor do I have any desire to.

It really just depends on you, how long you were employed at Centene. I was given 20 weeks of severance but that was based on my employment.
@bbd+1b2YNgFc All of these recent questions have been answered multiple times in previous posts going back to the 3/12 layoffs. People need to go back to beginning of thread before they repeat questions.

Suggestion is if you have a friend that was let go, contact them personally and ask them for specifics. I'm not sure there was a method to the madness....it was based on years employed and possibly your pay grade. Unsure what other caveats went into the calculation.
Riddle me this “ how will Centene know who you are “? I’m sure they won’t revoke everyone’s severance because someone who got “kicked to the curb” helped another person(s) who are getting ready to get “kicked to the curb”by the same boot. Help another and fuckkkkk Centene they fu---d you!!! Right??????
Well people do, its not like the original poster is asking for names along with exact severance check amounts. Can anyone else give the original poster some insight,, ball park figures, examples , something..Heck those of us who are on the verge of being laid off would like to know what to kinda expect. Geeshhh
Once you sign the severance agreement you can't publicly discuss the details.
