Are there records of discussions prior to a PIP? I recall that those were mandatory before an PIP, and you had to sign off on them with HR.
every C-level below director was required to have 4's, they are required to be riffed, but you are set up for that.
@dz I am first time 4 so not sure how to check if it's pip
@dy i dont think a 4 will get oeopel RIF. Bc even 2s get RIF. Like RIF is across a function/ dept/lob/ levels... not just "filter by any 4s"
@dh how to know if a pip is there, I got a 4. Are you saying they would reveal it on 14th who is on pip or just fire them?
There will be layoffs on jan 14..if you had a 4 rating in leadership. You will be RIFfed on jan 14 so the manager doesnt have to put in place a PIP

Unfortunately, yes. Now you have a 4 rating. The HOW ratings average out but the 4 is official. Now your rating is 4/3 (if you have more 3s than 2s in WHAT)
Your days are numbered.
Did they place you on a PIP ? Or talk about PIP at review ? If not, they are going to RIF you
The How (Leadership) is supposedly more important than the What rating.
