Looks like AZ, NJ are now changing to 2 days per week. SL is a mess and is very difficult to find a seat. If mgmt. is reading this, hope this changes to 2 days.

They are doing 2 days for a short term in Chandler. I am sure they are tripling down on finding a solution sooner rather than later. The impacted floor is a Petri dish. They will be opening up space soon so all don’t get yourself all twisted thinking you have it worse.

@d2 Email came out earlier in the month that Chandler is going to 2 days per week for employees due to overcrowding. Also heard managers were given a heads up before the email went out. another email went on after that from tech execs/leaders re: assigning somebody for employee experience or some such thing.
@dq they are updating a few floors there and it's probably just a temp situation until they get all the floors back online.
@d2 I’m in tech in Chandler and got told that we are doing 2 days, but the building for tech only has 2 floors and been a struggle since September
@OP Care to clarify which AZ site you heard this about? None of us in Chandler have heard this.
Only issue for space I've seen is when they run a site event. People come in for the free food all on the same day and you have to park far away from your assigned building as a result. But even those days where I struggle to find parking, I can find a desk.
I'd be thrilled to go down to 2 days a week though!
Metro Park is getting tight because of NYC exodus. They know it's getting tight there.
San Leandro is only shrinking and I doubt there aren't enough seats available as the staff reduces every two weeks there.
Chandler is enormous and find it very hard to believe there isn't enough space.
In AZ and haven't heard anything about going to two days. The site manager did send out nanny emails about hotdesking and focus room policies, so they are likely feeling pressure on some level about available space. But not enough to rescind RTO policy.

@OP only Tech for NJ does 2 days. Corp risk will do 4 days even in NJ
