Still haven’t heard anything. One on one isn’t until next week though. Anyone else not hear yet?
3.2% US services / support. Worked here for 9 years and it was my best year and review ever. So much for going above and beyond for my customers and stakeholders. Craptacular, thank you for choosing Dell.
3.5% Service US
Not yet…
It’d be useful to know raise AND IBP personal modifier. Kind of go hand in hand considering they are both components of total comp.
I got what I'd consider a pretty average review this year and found out yesterday I got zero percent raise. I think they want people to quit.
3% ISG support Ireland. Thanks for all the fish.
Find out Friday. I assume it is su-ky news so best to deliver on last day of the week
@gn There is no designated "peanut butter" raise amount. Managers are given a budget though and it's up to them to decide how to distribute it. I heard this year's raise budget per team is the lowest in the past 10 years.
@hp You likely just didn’t get a raise
Although my manager is based locally, he scheduled our end-of-year meeting online rather than the usual in-person catch-up. I believe this may indicate that I will be WFR’d on Thursday.
20% + promotion. Ireland sales
Telling a percentage without saying the country or at least the region is d-mb
10% C.S.G. Sales UK
I received 10% but I also am woefully behind the midpoint.
What was the budgeted peanut butter spread amount?
I’m still fully remote and got 6%
@e7 You're right, not everyone one deserves equal pay/raises, but no one deserves to take a pay cut (inflation in 2025 was 2.7% so any raise below that is a paycut) just so someone else can gave a mega raise. If someone is really adding that much value, then Dell should pony up instead of punishing everyone else on a team. This system leads to a hunger games mentality where no one on a team is willing to help each other.

I got a meager 19% raise! This is my 1st full year and this su-ks!!!
@e0 yeah, and who tf cares dude? Most people don't deserve an equal raise LOL. If you want equal salaries and raises then move to a fkn communist gd country? I worked my butt off and got an 11% raise this year. What others got I could give two dog shts about. Not my gd problem bro.
Tf kind of country do you think you live in here? Participation trophy's don't exist in the workforce you id!0t
@e0 This isn’t communism
@dw Just remember anything over about 2-3% means your manager is taking raise % away from your coworkers.
11% here but I feel that's not common
@d9 sorry to hear that man. It seems the more you put an effort into this company to go above and beyond, the less you are recognized. And that’s a shame.
6%
@cr Released for some, but not others.
I got 3.1 % in services this morning. What a joke this company is.
@d7 docs in hand.,
4.3% - Sales
@bs nope they were released today.

I have my 1x1 for raise / bonus tomorrow.
@bs incorrect

@bs i thought it was this week?
Managers cannot even access raise documents until next week.
Anyone been told if they're keeping their job or not?
Verbally yes and it’s not much (I’m also at the top of the bands so never expect anything)
