Deer Valley hiring hiring, no chance of a RIF. Even though half the building are India people there will be more Americans next year.
@236 "All they have to do is offer a voluntary RIF, and more than enough would apply for it."
When in the last 20 years has there been a VRIF? I have worked in Aero for almost 30 years and can only remember a few.... The Motley Crew running this SS would never consider giving the supposed dead wood the money.
All they have to do is offer a voluntary RIF, and more than enough would apply for it.
If there was a 20% RIF coming it would have to be notified via the WARN act, there's no notice on the az dept. Of. Labor of any warn notices from Honeywell for this year at all.
Waste of a post.
"Remember new company means new union contract"
Not really. The existing contract will bind Aero through its duration. Legally Aero will be the successor legal entity after the spin. Aero can ask nicely to re-negotiate, but cannot force it.
"MN17 will be target #1"
Tucson I think comes first. Then an outside shot at moving out of Colorado Springs and even Charlotte in a couple years to get the site count down. After then MN17 might be there.
Better a red hat than a blue a__
MN17 will be target #1 for the new company. Remember new company means new union contract and the job market is looking pretty scary right now.
Now where did I leave that giant blow up rat ??? Oh yeah.. south bend
Aero is a good safe RIF free
@cc Your red hat is showing
Fake news
