There is no more IT Re-ORG in the old ways of grace. All there is now with ENGINE and AI. Once they have enough data to understand your "workflow". You will be asked to go.
Strategy-wise, you play your game in your own circumstance.. Stick it out & play d-mb or get out asap

The crummy severance will be a PIP at year end. The employee is offered to either complete the impossible PIP expectation and if you don’t you get terminated without a severance. The orher option will be accepted termination and get 69 days of pay. No 2 weeks for every year of service like previous reorganizations. I consider that a crummy severance package.

You are all free to quit at any time, and from what I hear on this site you must be very valuable to believe that you can support yourself, your families, etc. anywhere else with what skills you have, right? And this place is so horrible for you, according to the sentiment on this site. Can you get another job or are you that overpaid for what you do?
Or is it that none of you have any ba.lls? Which is it?

Unfortunately my job was out of scope last year. I was planning to go out with a package and I was surprised by my out of scope role.
By the way, my job has gotten much worse since last July 1.

In the show of AI, EOI will be a thing of the past. Layoffs will just come straight at you. Pull the ripcord now.

Why didn't you do that last time, did anything drastically change?
They only offer that every several years, typically 4 or 5 for a reorg sometimes more. And they don't always promote and accept EOIs. We have had layoffs that were just layoffs.
