Personally, I had to quit. I might boomerang so I can finally get the pay I deserved. It’s crazy that it was realistically the only option to get a higher salary.
You have to buy dinner, you can get anything in fidelity through bribery, you have to buy lunches dinner to the team members and viola you are in, only to SVP though anyone below that don't have any power, people above them don't care.
Is there a minimum time you need to have in a role before you can apply to other positions?
Pretty easy. Try to make a friend on the team you’re trying to go to, see if you can get involved in some work. People move internally a lot
