Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

B-S All Company Meeting

Ah, yes! Another Ra-Ra, record breaking profits, BUT we need to tighten the ol' belt talk. Oh, and let's not forget the little DEI pep talk. Seriously...most of us are done with that -ish being shoved down our throats. And for the people saying, "Just find a new job" yeah, unless you are in sales, telecom is a very small job pool. Thanks for the 3% raise that sure does put a dent in the 10% inflationary costs. Oh, and don't forget to update your WORKDAY...

There shouldn't be any political talk. T-Mobile is a wireless provider, just provide the wireless service, no need to bring politics into it. Mikey boy needs to just keep the ship on its course, stop deviating.

It’s OK to be white, guys! Mike Sievert said so. After he ra--d his fellow countrymen for tens of millions of dollars.

Still can’t believe he said that TMO cares about straight white men too. That was refreshing. Then 5 mins later said we are still all about DEI and nothing is changing 🤦‍♂️

A lot of y'all are slow. The economics of the Ma Bell era dont apply now, its a money loosing proposition to be structured and staffed like they were... even the Baby Bell model doesn't work.

@OP+1jn494nkg, …”B-S All Company Meeting”, said the former Sprint employee! Get over it! The acquisition was completed almost five years ago! WORKDAY? Really? If you update it regularly, then it will not be such a big deal. Get on board, or "just find a new job"!

But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Yeah “we need you too.” Especially since our employee experience is going into the toilet and attrition is steadily increasing.

I actually liked the DEI talk. He spoke about inclusion meant including those on the other side of the political aisle. DEI is usually exclusive of anyone who isn't a socialist.
