Now terminated for cause by Indian manager.

Got laid off under the guise of performance for the first time in my 27 year career. High performer. 13+ with WF. I didnt have a chance. They are obviously looking for reasons to put folks on the chopping block list. No severance or any length of medical benefits...and I'm disabled. Incompetently bad manager and cold hearted. Better days ahead. Wishing all others out there much better luck!

This is Charlie's strategy to gain efficiency and reduce cost at the expense of US workers and their families. Indian managers only want Indian staff. I foolishly hope someone in Washington will wake up to facts stacked against the American worker.

There is so much age discrimination going on right now. Is it possible to start a class action? There is certainly enough proof, I'd wager.

I'm on the same path. Got a first IM. Expect another to justify term.
Doing the job. Always have.
In the before time, had lots of Exceeds, top awares, and even got a few Gold coins.
Remember those?
2 decades in, and primed for retirement. Would love to be severed.
But now I bet they term me instead.

Op..not just Indian Mgrs doing this. There are incompentant younger legacy mgrs still around who are just as sh---y who hate older people. It is age discrimination and greed. Charlie opened the door for them to do as they will. It is pure unfettered evil.

Sorry, it’s so common now, there’s a push to fire with cause to avoid paying severance. Any IM means your days are numbered.

I got IM at last year and my Indian manager kept telling me I could not improve and to expect a second IM. My manager made me train my Indian replacement but sold it as “cross-training”. I accepted that I was going to be fired with cause so I did my best to maintain my pride, dignity and professionalism. I went to HR twice, waste of time!

We had a US based Indian team member who was coffee badging and using a mouse roller for MONTHS… One Saturday I came in and he had his laptop and mouse openly rigged in one of the focus rooms with the door open (he was nowhere to be found). I brought it to the attention of the security guard but they refused to do anything and said they weren’t allowed to touch the laptops.

Leadership finally stepped in and fired the cheater when the system tracker identified the ruse. Shocker I got Meets rating because the cheater met the quota for firing but I still left for another job. I started looking as soon as I got the first IM.

No, banking has no future since you can deposit a rare live check on your phone. All is done online. No need for banks unless you're poor and they ain't got no money
