Got it. It sounds like they eliminated the Major Account Executive title?

@ds Micro consists of business customers with 1–9 employees, while SMB covers customers with 10–299 employees. The company split these two teams, moving Micro under the consumer side with an entirely new organizational structure, while SMB continues to roll up to TFB. This change significantly disrupted sales for both groups. In my opinion, the Micro segment is set up to fail—these customers are extremely difficult to identify since many are home-based and the majority of them were activated through retail lead pass, and the sales targets are completely unrealistic.

What is the difference between micro and SMB?

Rumor is they’re done for now in TFB. Once leadership realizes the damage caused by splitting the Micro and SMB segments, stripping those teams of the best sales territories, the lack of ROE, and the complete mess that Salesforce has become, it’ll be clear why sales have declined so sharply. At that point, more layoffs will likely follow.
