The SouthWest Air shareholder value is now much lower that when Ellicott Management got on their Board asked them to start charging for seat assignments and to end the Bags Fly Free. So the loyal customers are unhappy and tge shareholders are unhappy.
So I am sure (O the HR guys who are monitoring the posts here) that their results for HON will be completely different.
So to get people so they don't post anymore, they start deleting your posts. Honeywell has their their marketing at work.

Thank you for important context. I do hate to see Southwest implementing those items, but that seems to be the way of things nowadays. I'm sure I will still fly them given the alternatives.
