Seems like I'm hearing about a lot of SLC people jumping ship, either retiring or going to Northrop Grumman. Anyone else seeing this trend?

@dn I don’t think it’s compensation. When I finished school 3 years ago I had job offers at LM, NG, and L3harris. The l3harris offer was a solid 15-20% higher than the others.

I intend this as a very open question: why are people leaving SLC? Management? Compensation?
But....you have that super cool new building that I drive past each working day as I go to the Northrop building. Now....our building may not be as cool and snazzy as yours (but we did get a new fence!!) but the work is fun and we are bursting at the seems since we are hiring. And hiring in Roy. NGC has had some layoffs overall, but SLC/Roy seem to be immune to it. Culture is great in our building as well, no king building. So check the listings, see if YOUR job is waiting for you here.
