Sales are way down

Sales at my location have been incredibly slow lately. I mean, we've had slowdowns before, but this is on a whole new level. Are others dealing with the same thing or is this an us problem?

our store is doing very well and pacing well above quota. not throwing shade at any other locations, just stating we are doing well and in a good spot right now

Are sales down? Or are quotas up? I think it's both. Executives set unobtainable metrics to keep from paying employees a fair commission check. No matter what, they are in control of your success and failure. It's like having cheats in a video game. You always have an unfair advantage.
