What about the employees who were in an office but T-Mobile closed everything down and is refusing to rent a new space? Are they getting the ultimatum too? That's how we do things now that we are Sprint dressed in Magenta?

If this is true, probably won’t take effect until January 2026

@en They'll be given an ultimatum. Go to an office or get laid
off.

What will happen to the many remote employees? These people get to keep collecting checks while everyone else deals with RTO?

@dn They closed/vacated lease agreements because they laid off a bunch of people and have been in the process of outsourcing to India, Singapore, China, etc.

Before the new world model started, Leadership decided to close or not renew many lease agreements which force many people to work from home. Many people will continue to work from home because they just don't have the room in the respective area's. Talk about lack of vision. Say one thing demand another.
