SVP of Customer Success is Gone

Got word today that the SVP is gone "retiring". Wild news, sounds like more to follow. Usually this is the fuse that lights the fire. Layoffs and a reorg are definitely coming to CS. Makes sense though, you can't have 2 SVPs over CS and Retail.

Monica did absolutely nothing to improve customer experience. She was successful of getting pictures taken of her for LinkedIn and having her butt kissed. Horrible person who was underqualified for her job.

Too many SVPs reporting to SVPs all over the company. Such a waste. Ten years ago that would never happen.
