@OP What mission? Since when did Dell ever have a coherent, strategic mission that anybody could understand or execute? This leadership team can barely tie their shoes.
Customer satisfaction comes along for the ride. It's all about making money.
We strayed from the mission because they cut our commission.
@OP About the same time MD bought back the company. He doesn't give two flicks about employees or customers. He only cares about lining his own pockets.
