Are you new to WF?? To this c-suite???
It’s NOT one month for each year. Also, it has nothing to do with regular job titles or line of business.
Wait, soooo. Isn’t it 1 month full pay per each year worked? Everyone is getting hosed. Just wow. 1 month per year work was standard, and still is. Must depend on LOB or job grade in my opinion.
They really have the trolls working this bored(WFC on the layoff) hard today.

It's an email, not hard copies, so no, not really.
It looks like a bunch of papers, you tool.
Damn fine. Oh, and fuuuuck Charlie
It looked pretty good to me when I got the call. My retirement guy said I could go at any time, so when the 14 months of severance showed up, it was icing on the cake................
I'll have to check with retirement services to see what they offer.
2 weeks per year, with an 8 week minimum. So if you worked for the company 0-4 years, you get 8 weeks. I want to rub oil all over a woman's giant booobs. The insurance deduction is still there. It's as if you're still on payroll, sort of.
2 weeks pay for every year worked. The minimum is 8 weeks pay.
You will get insurance at the same rate for the length of your severance as long as you don't pick the lump sum payout.
Salary Continuation Plan, look it up. IIRC, there's 4 weeks min pay, but beyond that it's 2 weeks of sev per YoS, up to a full 52 weeks of pay. Could be wrong.
Don't be lazy. Look it up on Teamworks
