Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Disrupted

Chief Disruption Officer left today so she can spend more time with her family. Does anyone in leadership ever tell the truth about anything?
P.S. I feel bad for her family.

@tq yup. She had a first line of mainly empty suits with stupid titles like revenue operations. What does that mean - they did not to bring in revenue, just am army of people creating charts. Hoping that the merger lets some good people from Lexmark take over driving the support needed for sales

All of this high priced talent brought in for the big jobs over the years, amazing that none of them were successful, and that most received all sorts of promotions and bonuses for not performing, only to be pushed out eventually when the results became painfully obvious

@f4 she let go of some good talent to only keep her friends around. I feel bad for those folks impacted. Now she is gone. Hope it was worth it.

Dont feel bad. She was fake, mean spirited and let go of some amazing people only to protect her zero talent inner circle of besties.

A complete waste of money spent on her salary, never anything new from marketing, Xerox sponsor Aston Martin and straight away to the back of the grid.

Lots of re-organisation going on for the balance of ‘25, let’s see who is in the seats when the music stops.

Late October will be interesting to see the combined results.

I never understood what in the world her title meant or what she was doing

Just consider this: You are an executive committee member at Xerox, you have a great paying job doing nothing of value, and you decide to leave it? Someone wanted another cut, and this was the newest one.

This is the third exec who has stepped down to "be with family" in the past year.
I know this company is great at bullsh!tting everyone, but we know you're lying and you know you're lying. Just stop.

@ad only X would have the word "disruption" in a title. Pure chaos all day every day.

@OP was thinking the same - you don’t leave to spend time with your family and give 2 weeks - you give 2 weeks when you got a new gig. If you need to leave for family reasons you tend to have a little more flexibility is how I see it. Either way it’s all coming apart it seems. Wouldn’t be surprised if more is to come.
