What is going on with the Networking work stoppage as I have 5 other projects that are being delayed

You don't care about your colleagues that are getting in trouble for late projects and overruns.

Its not an official walkout, we are in UK Networks and I can tell you were doing minimum, if they don't pay us we will take time off, simple.
We regularly ask managers for pay and we get no response back, we are ignored.
Likewise people ask us to do work and we make them wait, there's only so much we will do.
Don't fall for this nonsense, apart from some folk in Spain no one is on strike.
Its not stopping until we get our pay. We have told our managers.
Sorry for not delivering your work, but we have to get our money. The best thing you can do is to join us, and make it clear to your manager.
Anyone know when this Networks strike is ending, I have work stuck with them for over 6 months now.
You would think Raul coming from Broadcom would appreciate us. If AT&T could pay us raises every year for exactly the same work then why cant DXC.
Were still doing exactly the same work day-to-day, all thats changed is company, DXC is full off su-kers at the top.

@1jppq+1rQecEuU im not paid my salary so i only do part of my job. When we were in AT&T we got a raise and bonus every year. Thats what you call getting paid your salary. Here the people at the top take my salary.
As you say I've grown a pair and am enjoying the time off thanks. You can keep slaving for the Rauls and Marys if it gives you a buzz as they have no intention of paying you your full pay.
This Networks stoppage is real, we have been waiting for months to get things done, just stalls with Networks. Gets escalated but you hear nothing back from the manager. The Engineers off the record confirm they are doing very little and enjoying the free time.
DXC need to pay people if the situation is to improve.
There is no network stoppage, if there were you should all be fired for cause. Your paid a salary so do your jobs. If you don’t like how DXC treats you then grown a pair and go find a company that will.
If only you folks would listen and do what we do with the stoppage we would get results.
I get free extra leave every week, all agreed with my manager. Networks managers are amazing and supportive.
In Networks if they dont pay us we make them pay that's our motto.
We did say Raul would fix the results so they would get paid but the workers wouldn't.
If its good for them to openly manipulate the quarterly results for their pay, its good for us to get some time off.
Please join us and take a stance otherwise things won't change.
I wish I worked in Networks or was a VP, our managers are A-nal, constant nagging and full off useless paperwork.
You guys got it good, no work, frer days off, and no rubbish to deal with.

This is so f ing obvious nothing has changed under Raul, he cant even think for himself, his just following Salvinos ideas. Even the external folks are laughing at him.
His just loaded up the expenses and now His going to say he can't pay us. Before that him and his mates did the bo--y without fail.
We have decent managers who support our actions, you lot grow some ba--s and join us!!!

A part of my salary is taken by VPs who don't deliver anything that's what is unfair.
I'm not going anywhere, I will do the minimum for the minimum pay they give me.
You need to get real!!! Look at it logically, not greedily for your advantage, we have families to feed and look after.

I'm in UK Networks im just doing bare minimum,got other things on my mind.
My expenses have gone up massively here in the last 2 years, and I've had no rise. I'm making cutbacks to stay above water.
I'm not going to stress about your projects whilst I've got financial issues at home.

I'm been doing little for weeks, by now we would have got our AT&T&t pay and bonuses year on year without fail.
Here we have been s-crewed year on year.
Shopping and gym, chill, they going to pay me one way.
You accounts and projects can wait, I might do the odd hour when I feel like it.
It's certainly not stopped in EMEA.
Definitely BAU.
