Voting neutral is acceptable and recommended, if the question is a decline from last year.
Watch Ford management jump on this post. Lol.

My boss nearly forced us to take it. Yes, they get points on their PR for high participation. I gave upper manglement very negative answers. I just don't care anymore. Come get me, the news will hear about what's going on. Won't get me anywhere but people should know what they do to people.
Nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
Based on the amount of pressure to fill out the survey, I have to wonder whether upper mgmt get rewarded (stock rewards or options) more for participation than results.
@d4 "Confidential" is not the same as "anonymous." I've been going in and declining to take it because they don't seem interested in being responsive to employee feedback. It's a farce.
I submitted mine. All positive. Learned my lesson previously. They don’t want accurate feedback.
This is a great way to unanimously voice your opinion without the worry of having your name tired to the feedback. Not sure why everyone is so down on it.
@bk He's full of $h1t i.e. he's constipated - according to inside sources.
@bs they may give "so called information" but the question really should be is this realistic or just pizzy dust? Been saying this for years.. Realistic vision and plan. That has to start at the top. Something the line worker on up can understand and buy into. Not political cr-p they been pushing since Art Van the furniture guy ran the place. No accountability from the BOD pr senior management.
I will not call them leaders since they do not demonstrate any of the leadership characteristics that are clearly defined.
Don't ever respond to surveys negatively. They say they're anonymous, but your management can usually narrow it down
Already took it. Gigged our "leadership". They give us plenty of info, but that info needs to make sense and I have to have trust in them before I'll raise my scoring.
@OP Just don't do it. They say it's anonymous, that's a huge lie. It's a trap.
Farley looked chubby on the news last night, health issue?
