Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

5 days a week in office, is it true!!!?????

So leadersare now expected to be in office 5 days a week to set an example for their direct reports so they also return to office 5 days a week, with assigned sitting.

When does all this change become effective??

Unless a leader is in the same location as the rest of their team what is the point of them coming in at all? Illogical as always at the bank lately.

This has been going on for months in my hub for Relationship and Portfolio Managers.
They were told 4 days a week in office unless traveling.

@bq Per my ABC123 Grade 69 leader, they've heard everything of the sort, and you know it's true, because I'm posting it here on the internet.

@bn Gunjan will fight to make it 7 days a week. You know sweatshop style, like in India.

No one is terrified. Only those who are scared to live. They are terrified of everything. Nearly everyone I know is out there looking for a job and looking to leave but no one is terrified.

They will go in though, because the job market is sh-t and everyone is terrified of being fired.
