All tech is in a bubble right now based upon many metrics. Reminds me of the Dotcom mania.
Job security ? They have laid off 50-70% of employees in San Jose, Santa Clara and San Diego and outsourced thousands of jobs to Telangana/Andhra and Chennai, India.
Qualcomm innovation will suffer just like many companies involved in outsourcing a large number of headcounts to Asia.
At least there is job security compared to the big ones!
Keep laying off in US and hiring in Indian.

Qcom just needs to post earnings next week that are slightly better than expected results, even though it may be less than last year, and the stock will jump again.
