Did that lawsuit ever have a resolution? I never saw a thing, assumed they bought their way out of it somehow.
@df they cannot keep too much in reserves though. There actually is a lawsuit on it.
A lot of that money is untouchable due to needing to have money on hand to cover for potential claims.
The main thing that doesn't make sense is talking about difficult times and the C Suite still continuing to collect obscene amounts of money.
