There’s definitely plenty of fat around here. The problem is that when cuts come, the fat somehow stays and the actual muscle that does the work gets cut. Sad but true. We’ve got so many useless managers who could be removed, but they’ll continue to stick around and siphon off resources. What a crock.

I know lots of seniors managers how they got promoted to that role, simply a BL Technology, sampe is P66 , XON and BNSF, most of them came from India, everymoment did a great BL job, today they are as senior managers, soon they will be MDs
Sr Managers and MDs will get the bonus of their team members (day time stealing), year end they write a bad review about that Employee, employee can't see that review, our brainless CC will ask stupid questions, the review should be BI-Directional and Transparent, but in ACN it is Uni Directional, what shi**, they treat the employees like their SLAVES, that's the reality

its time for her to evaluate MD's - no value and have salaries of 8 people on the bench. To only use power point or teams - that is the expectation? This company is soooo top heavy and it doesn't seem that anyone is evaluating this
Managers know how to work (ONLY) in Outlook, Excel & also in TEAMS. These Technologies are in short called AI in our friend J's World Learn BL Technology (Boot Licking), you will be then ready for AI Technology, that's how you can grow to Manager, Sr. Managers, MD etc. Remember at MD level you have to deal ONLY with TEAMS and outlook you have to say ONE word like Ok, Done, Approved.
