I heard there’s talks of Centene being bought out! I surely said it! They didn’t say who but I bet it’ll be Cigna especially since Cigna currently has our $35B pharmacy contract with 20 million members. They’ve been trying to buy Centene since Michael passed.

It would be nice but there may be too many regulatory hurdles…but I’m sure they’ll find a way in the name of corporate greed!
Same. I've been saying it for over a year, myself. All you have to do is read up on the quiet takeover of the company by Politan Capital and it becomes very obvious. People think it's spouting conspiracy theories, but it's pretty obvious what has been going on. It's textbook hedge fund takeover.
I called this over a year ago on this board and was laughed at but I if it's true, it's been in the works for a long time. Branches of business changing names on pay stubs, daycare no longer co.es out of our checks directly, they cancelled plans for North Carolina HQ and canceled stadium naming rights in STL last minute. Not to mention all the director and higher lay offs and those who "retired".
The company and their members would be better off in Cigna’s hands.
I knew it! I've been in three company acquisitions and told someone just yesterday how lean they were becoming. TOO lean! It is a sure sign that they would be bought out!
