Then leadership can talk about their grand plans for transformation, how THIS initiative is different from all of the previous initiatives, and how these new big ideas will drive membership and improve outcomes.

Then investors can feel optimistic about the new focused directives.

Then we can have lots of meetings about these initiatives and how our roles are vital to corporate success and helping members.

@dk I believe it was Affordability, Simplicity and Predictability. I had forgotten about that one. It’s funny since we completely failed to achieve all three and just moved on to the next set of corporate buzzwords.

It’s hilarious how the company is trying to memory hole the failed “Drive to 2025” and pretend it never existed. Nothing to see here. Onto the next vague, pointless “strategy.”

Cigna had many more such strategies before Drive to 25. There was Affordability, simplicity and something. Before that was something around partner of choice. I am losing track of the various strategies that were supposed to unlock value and pull us ahead of the competition. Never happened and it will not happen again. These new strategies are just yo get the markets happy.

Reality is CEO has not clue and has limited vision , outside of copying United and Optum. He is an operational guy at best. Change the CEO to pivot and alter course.
