I think it's terrible they made the announcement and are making people wait OVER THE WEEKEND to find out if they've been laid off or not. Why can't KB get it right? ever?
This site was useful before the announcement. There was actually some interesting discussion and some well-intentioned tips and inside information. Now it's full of ranting and obnoxious people trolling about DEI. You'll learn nothing helpful here. Get outside while you can. Watch a movie. Hug a friend. Tuesday is gonna happen and this place isn't gonna make it feel better.
Goes to show how transparent Target is when you have to come here.
I feel I'm just looking for answers that will never come so I feel better. I feel like my position is safe but we also have TII that is on our team. It must be nice to be the higher ups who know their position is secured and they can enjoy the weekend.
There has been so much activity on this site that they (the people who host the site) posted on their Twitter account about it!
I keep feeling very antsy when a few hours pass and then I remember I haven’t checked the site
