L2 Sales / Jules / Hussein. High performer working 20 hour days to produce great numbers consistently, despite Recession, Depression, and executive incompetence. There were not enough people to do the jobs to begin with; how the numbers should be achieved with even fewer people remains a mystery. Best wishes to all that have been spared this round. I got a meeting appointment late yesterday afternoon informing me that I have been selected to have a very 'important communication' with my manager and director in less than one hour from now. I'm pretty sure that in addition to receiving a new boat or jet ski, I'll be getting a promotion, a full body massage and maybe even a few extra vacation days!!?

So 17.5%, that's not 40% on the upper levels, but may not be the proper way to look at uneven spread peanut butter
Levels are Directors and below = 74. Out of 74, 13 people were let go.
