Does anyone know if we are done with the current round of layoffs or should we expect more notifications coming in the following days? When we will know if we are safe or not until the next round?

@de It's not hard, it's just more costly/fair depending on which part you're standing.
It just takes time if the company wants to pay only the minimum...the company can speedup the process by negotiating a "deal"/pay more...
@db End. And even then it is pretty hard to fire employees. There are various legal protections in place.
When does the WoC agreement ends in Germany for layoffs. I have heard it will end in 2026 but not sure at the start or it or end of it?
@bf That would be The Works Councils making those deals.
@OP it seems like GER and FR negotiated a "deal" where their part of Layoffs don't start before Christmas/End of 2025
So we can expect that by the end of this year beginning next year there will be layoffs in these two countries to comply with 1%-2%...

@OP There is no transparency in this regard. At the beginning of the year CK said that he hoped that for a while layoffs was not a topic...in the next quarter earnings he and his right harm DA, said that they will push for 1/2% yearly workforce reduction. End of Q3 they started letting go people...we don't know the frequency, we don't know number of people impacted and criteria...a perfect environment to thrive in... Honestly , I wish l will be in the next round with a good package, they don't deserve l leave my money behind to the greedy board!
