I don't think this is indicative of anything important. Like any smart investor, they are likely just rebalancing their portfolio to not be over weighted in their employer's stock (a very sound and standard piece of advice so that you do not have all your eggs in one basket). Trading is restricted until after the earnings call so rebalancing happens at the same time across multiple holders. Analysts are still positive on BK and expect the stock to outperform.

Insider trading that we get told is a no no. Yet look at RV and his $25MM stock value on his 1.3MM salary.

I have always noticed a lot of sales activity at this time of year. I think some people sell off their stock options as soon as they are eligible. Maybe smart, maybe not. But these guys are millionaires and making decisions about the futures of some people making less than $100K a year. Sad.
