@gx there were a lot of metrics involved in ACT, including the site size. If they decide to close sites with <500 population again, it doesn't matter at all whether you were at the office 0 or 5 days a week.
I remember a guy who got a giant inheritance and waived his stock grant during the focal in favor of younger teammates. He was sacked during ACT since 0 stock is worse than BE.

Who says that they're doing RTO-based layoffs? I know a lot of people who are formally hybrid (me included) who ignore RTO without consequences

I’m just waiting for them to hire a 3rd party company to make cuts based on metrics handed over by Intel. The RTO percentage doesn’t incorporate MLOA and that’s not captured. So when looking at raw numbers only and making decisions on that…. OOOpsie
The id--t doesn't have to work. It just collect your money on your slavery work to sit around and bullsh-t all days. There is no office to return after layoffs.
