We have to deal with extremely poor management, and you have to belong to their circle, or they turn your life into a living he-l! Don't get me started on so many gossips going on behind the close door. You're expected to know everything and do everything but if you want to be recognized for your work, tough luck. Horrible, horrible place.

Everyday expected to perform miracles
Always swapping ownership of projects which then turns everything into chaos
Leadership can't even answer questions on specific role duties
I did not sign up to be 8 different people shame the economy is in the tank to look elsewhere
I love working here. I have a fantastic manger that supports me in every way imaginable. I e really grown under their leadership. Some might say I’ve thrived
Recognizing a single person that has been on a project for 3 months is laughable. These people leading have no idea what’s going on. At least it’s funny at this stage :)
Ugh. I mean "Top 10", not 10 ten.
Which is very sad. Crown used to be consistently in the 10 ten great places to work.
