Raise?

Anyone know if 3s are getting any sort of raise this year?
My coworkers got a 4 and she only got 1%.

@j8 There we go. Managers kept all of the money. Guess what grade 27....grade 26 didn't get ANY bonuses. Worked my bo--y off in 2025. Not this year though. Just coasting and enjoying the extra time and energy after 'work'.

@OP I’m a grade 27. Scored a 4 & recvd a 1% raise & 100% of my RRP. Thank god for the RRP with raises that do not keep up with inflation

@e4 you're rated in several categories/goals that lead to your overall rating- the ratings are then averaged to determine your final rating of 1-5- thats where the decimals and "high/low" come in.

um, won't be exactly specific, but over 3-4% raise and over 15k bonus. really surprised it was this high. i did get good marks on my eval.

@da Yes you can get lower than 1%. I am a manager and it happened to some of my hierarchy. Not by my choice either. Amounts changed after I submitted.

People should not be sharing their ratings with one another. I lead a team and what I can honestly say is that the lower 3’s get nothing. A mid to higher 3 a 1%. The only way to see 3% or more is to be a 5 but the company limits how many people managers can rate a 5. It’s politics people. My word of advice is get the F out. This company has no concern for anybody’s financial fitness.

I got a 3 and a .5% increase. A peer in a different pillar got a 5 and 3.5% increase. No RRPs due to our paygrade

Sup. We were told to give zero to 3 ratings. Also told next year to set the bar higher for 4s. Meaning, give more 3s than 4s.
I gave a 4 to an employee and leadership changed her 1% to 0.87%. How ridiculous!!!!

@ad That is how it works at this company. Tons of people will get nothing and the few that management considers top performers will get decent raises and bonuses - although even 3% is barely keeping up with inflation.

I heard from my manager that no one should expect more than 1% for merit.

I guess Steve already earmarked that money in the merit pool to make a ChatGPT copy of himself. That way he doesn't have to speak to Sandeep directly anymore.

@OP I think 1% is what you are getting if you get one at all. Most people not getting anything. Only match our 401k at 1% now and let so many people go and then not to give merit increases or only 1%, expect more lay offs for sure. This company is the worst.
