AI approval letters?

Got a very angry provider call stating they got an approval letter for a member with wrong information, like Dx Code, several kids spellings and wrong service dates. Asked manager who confirmed they started to send out AI letters upon approval.

Wrong information is a PHI/PII breach. It should be reported.

Yeah, it is largely trash for consumer or provider-facing purposes. If it was built well it would work, but when the average person is in role 6-12 months before moving or quitting, that goal is a pipe dream.
