Earlier in the week I put in for my preferred jobs. Midweek I checked again and one of the jobs had gone down by 1 position count. Leadership is just making this up as they go

@da, dg, df No, that is patently false and you know it. Please stop trolling all of the threads with the same pointless and baseless comments.
That’s why I didn’t even bother to look at the tool and pick until Memorial Day.
I knew it was going to be a cluster when it was 1st released.
They tried their hardest not to show bias but there was a clear incentive based on time served AKA AGE and diversity…the elimination of all black and brown jobs… nepotism and favoritism and cronyism and spots reserved for white males and female expats over minority nationals
Yeah. If you have a good nest egg then just say FU to their severance. This is clearly a labor lawyer's wet dream.
Honestly, they need to offer more severance to convince us not to sue.
Perhaps we should consult employment attorneys about a class action and see if the potential payout would be more than the severance they're offering.
It all means that these positions have already been filled. You don't need to know what the job is because you aren't going to get it. This is a charade to give this a patina of being legal. Everyone had a chance to submit for a job and there was a selection process. The fact that this is like shooting at a moving target in the dark doesn't enter into the equation.
Yes, they have been changing jobs, removing jobs, changing psgs. Re--rded id--ts, they had months to review this sh-t. Just goes to show the poor planning and decision making.
Titles and JDs have been changed for many roles over the past week. I have been taking daily extracts of roles I can see and comparing. Would suggest waiting until the last minute to submit to make sure no further changes.
Because they can and have no sense of decency.
