You might be new to corporate world.. "leadership" aka "mgmt" is like old roman kings/knights... they are what they are.. if you get to fake your way to that level (like P.tel or something) you enjoy benefits otherwise you are a salve forever to these.. more over if you are Indian in silicon valley, you are treated as salve by your own Indian veggie folks as you are inferior to them... Id--ts. waiting for Jesus to return !!
