Guilty and jailed. Looks like justice has been served in Texas. One state still believes in law and order.
Search the publicly available information in the link below. Use the defendant’s last name in the case search. Select the latest case number and select 100 rows per page to see all the events.

Is this the same person in the Signal Hire Profile link below? It appears that he was climbing the ladder at a fast pace.

He’s in jail for being convicted of harassment by a jury.
Check out X. Trial happened this week. He was found guilty of the charge. He stopped posting after the guilty verdict. Not sure what happened.
Lately, have not seen any posts from the whistleblower. Any word on what is happening?

Great tip. I searched by the last name and the case came right up. Appreciate the help. I wonder if we are still invited?

Any news on the new trial date? Have not seen any new activity by the “whistleblower”.
Anyone know the new trial date? Thanks.
What’s the new date of this trial?
Did anyone else take a PTO day to attend the trial. It appears that it is not happening today. Hopefully a new update today so I can schedule another PTO day.
Anyone else see Mark make a fool of himself? Pathetic.

Did you have a nice weekend T=Mobile Bot?
@m3+1jpk1afxw, not sure if you know that NOT signing a “Termination of Employment”, (Fired/Lay Off/Quit) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), does NOT negate the NDA signed at the “Start of Employment”.
”Of course. You get laid off and say anything bad about Pinky, you get sued...even though Palasciano is saying he didn't take any severance and signed no NDA.”

@tx+1jpk1afxw, sorry to hear that you are unable to locate your copy of this extremely important legal document. I am certain that T-Mobile has a copy. Just trying to help. Good luck.
”T-Mobile didn’t have NDAs in 2006, nice try tho.”

Jon Freier is the Plaintiff, T-Mobile Whistleblower Marc Palasciano is the Defendant
Who is the plaintiff?
Move on and turn the paige.
