Seeing many posts here and other sites suggesting that next week (largely Tuesday) will be impacts for call centers (CEC for all the ancronym peepz) and retail. What info is out there on how the centers will be impacted? How about retail?

@d6 I can only speak for TFB but Training, Leadership Development, and Resource Planning were hit. Not sure on specific frontline teams, but they are quickly ramping up hiring customer service agents overseas.
@cy are they doing frontline experts and up and do you know if this will be certain CEC’s or all of them?
Any specifics on which back office / support teams were affected yesterday ?

back office/support teams in the CECs were hit yesterday. they are expecting frontline cuts next week.
Have not heard too much about the call centers, I thought they were doing good because of the new loyalty teams, but maybe that was under the old CEO, this new guy most definitely has a different vision and direction.
If the company thinks that T-Life can handle 90% of everything with the remaining 10% and people adamantly opposed to using the app, I’d expect a gutting of retail.
