I had my colonoscopy today and they used a scope and said I was in scope at the time.
Or the scope was in me, one or the other.

It’s all over the place. I’ve probably talked to 6 different people in 6 different areas of the company and each one has been different. This event is a sh-tshow.

Just when I thought this process couldn’t get any more cruel, they put all the di-khead leaders out of scope so the good people who would be amazing in those roles can’t even compete for them. I hate this place so much.
Hearing of a few Product Owners who are out of scope. Because when I think visionary leadership that’s going to move the needle, I think of Chevron Product Owners.
I know three RTEs in the Surface platform that were told that they are of scope. Their Product Line Managers saved them.
