I am noticing that threads about certain GTS leaders getting deleted. Just for asking if they are leaving or not.
I do not see threads getting deleted for any other leaders.

the issue is that Verizon has no idea how to run projects at all. a project will start with 80 people on a call. A project manager will be volunteered than the Verizon PMO will state they are already juggling an extreme amount of projects then find they are not really, some projects get outsourced then becomes never ending, others the project managers can't get out of neutral in a project plan. The start and end dates are never clearly defined. Project that should have taken 3 months are on Year 2, due resources assigned have no idea what they are doing or waiting for the vendor to develop a project plan which the vendor doesn't have a clue how to provide a project plan. In one group 5 years later they still don't have an operation runbook or clean environment but yet take on new projects and produce zero documentation. Budgets are forecasted, resources hired, yet no clue what they are doing except meet with the vendor and insert silly issues into a google worksheet

This pops up from time to time, usually when we get a wave of newbies chiming in. The rules are in the footer, but the short version is: the site has no connection to Verizon, the mods are the ones removing posts that violate the ToS.
Basics:
• no foul language
• no names or personally identifiable info (ELTs are public figures, so those names are fine)
• no insults / bullying / harassment
• no politics / religion / off-topics
If it clears those, you’re probably fine.

There is a lot of underhandedness in GTS, from funding to personnel, all of it can be traced back to Irving (and those came from there but now reside in Basking Ridge). They can't deliver what they promise, then ask for more money to finish the project, having burned through the money they did not move to other projects. VZI is 10x worse. They refuse to use the good talent they have simply because they are not in Irving, location based discrimination?
So it doesn't surprise me that posts about GTS are disappearing.
Oye, can somebody enlighten me—what does 'EA' even mean? Because GTS is a total nido de ratas, mano. As soon as a project gets funded, the managers just hire their friends and family for those kickbacks. It’s all palanca, bro.
