I think folks forgot what DXC means.

Let me explain

Don’t eXpect Compensation

You understand?

No pay raise yesterday
No pay raise today
No pay raise tomorrow

What is the confusion? It is very clear.

The only rise you'll get to see is inflation.

The company is doomed. Less and less gets done every month. By fewer and fewer remaining staff. Even our CEO has gone AWOL. Management don't seem to care what if anything their staff are doing from week to week. Meanwhile keep willging your mouse and filling in your timesheet!

In Marys days it used to take her months to work out the % rise, she didn't have a computer, calculator, or maths education.

The payrises went from March, to April, to July, to August, and no one knows.

Its good to see Rahul is such a trustworthy person whose word cannot be relied upon.

They think customers are going to trust DXC when they can't deliver to their own people on time.

S T O P I T Already, You are NEVER ERVER going to get a pay increase. Never Since April 2017 8 years, 5 months, and 9 days ago. And with CSC no increases for 10 years before that.

If you want more money , get your CV/Resume out and find a new employer. Otherwise do what I do. Wait for retirement, do as little as possible, take all the time off you can and stop complaints

@jx They can because they've been doing it for years. It's near impossible to get anything done anyway. So not much changes whether it's an official strike or everyone continues on a go slow. Do what your told. The don't have a clue!!!

Yes there will be salary rise like it was year before, and year before, and year before... You will get some peanuts only if you are really important and irreplaceable, or if you are good friend with high management. Otherwise, you can shut up and do your work, or shut up, do nothing and collect whatever you are paid as it is certainly more than you really earn.

@d4 You've got a bad manager then. Every manager I've had at DXC has at least been honest enough to tell me, they have to officially say X but the reality is Y. Most of them have skip the official line and just go with the truth and are at least as cynical as I am.

@c8 "what do managers tell their staff"?

To be a manager for any length of time at dxc means you are fully capable of telling the company's lies with a straight face.

The managers are wondering the same thing, what do they tell their staff when the inevitable questions get raised in the monthly check ins?

DXC leadership made a big deal last year over the laughable so called pay review last year and how it's now an annual event, so if it's a no show they lose all credibility with staff, even the su-k ups.

Have you worked for dxc? If you have then you'll know the answer already.

You are getting somewhere between zero and 1%. Statistically zero is greater than a eighty percent chance.
